European Curling Federation (ECF) is proud to announce collaboration with Curlingcalendar.com, an online community that has quickly grown to be the best place to find bonspiels in Europe.
The idea of Curlingcalendar is very simple: anyone can add and update tournament information to one public calendar. - Curlingcalendar is a great example of what we can achieve when we work together with our fellow curlers, says Olli Rissanen, Acting President of ECF.
The site has been functional for one year now. The active user community has added information on more than 200 curling tournaments for seasons 2010-2011 and 2011-2012. - When everybody contributes a little bit, we get all of the bonspiels listed and finding interesting competitions becomes easier than ever, continues Markus Sipilä, who decided to build the site with his team mates when they found it difficult to find international bonspiels easily from the web.
