Additional Information

10th international curling tournament “Tallinn Cup 2014” will be held on the 16th-18th of October. TC 2014 is the biggest curling event ever held in the Baltic region.

As Tallinn Cup is celebrating it's 10th birthday we want to make it more special than ever. The tournament will be held in a brand-new Tallinn Arena that will also host the World Junior Curling Championships 2015! There will be free all-day transfer for travelling between the TC official hotel and the venue. This way you can stay overnight in the heart of Tallinn and then travel to the games on time without having to think about any transportation.

The venue of TC 2014 is the newest sports facility in the city of Tallinn that hosts 3 dedicated curling sheets, 2 hockey rinks and one multifunctional, 5000-seater arena. For the tournament we will use 3 dedicated curling sheets and one of the hockey rinks. The hockey rink will be closed down at the beginning of the week, therefore we can guarantee good ice quality for all the 8 sheets in use. To ensure that our players enjoy the tournament, we have once again invited Mark Callan, top level ice technician to work with us during TC 2014.

First “TC” was organized in 2005 between 24 competitors, from 2006 until 2011 we had 28 teams each in our tournaments. In 2012 we changed the format to have 42 teams. This year we are making the competition even bigger - we're ready to welcome 48 teams at Tallinn Cup 2014!

The honorable winners list include following teams:

2005 - Ryttylän Visa (Finland)
2006 - A-Curling (Finland)
2007 - M-Curling (Finland)
2008 - Redmars (Latvia)
