Additional Information

Our ice rink is a shared facility with both hockey and skating.  We curl on it 3 days a week during winter months and it is dedicated to our event for the duration of the event.

We are open to any 4 curlers of any ability - we do have wheelchair and cue curlers taking part.  It's all about fun and social curling and we don't like to take things too seriously!

On Saturday evening we host a dinner and dancing which is included for up to 4 people per team.  This is at the Laichmoray Hotel in Elgin.  We do have a very limited number.of seats for dinner and anyone extra wishing to attend needs to notify us as soon as possible (eg 4th player or a players partner) and costs will be advised for this.  We are yet to speak to them about the menu and costs of accommodation.  Everyone books their own accommodation at a location of their choice.

We would love to have you here!  To help with your planning, our closest airports are Aberdeen and Inverness which are both approx 1 hour drive by car, or there are train and bus links (Ember bus is a great service).  Glasgow and Edinburgh are both approx 3.5 hours away by car, again reasonable train and bus links.

Please do get back to us with any questions.  We will update the curling calender entry with some information so you can send others to it, and we will shortly be putting info on our Facebook page (just back from holiday so having to juggle a few things on our return to work).
