Notice: 4 days of games, all teams have at least one game on Thursday afternoon or evening.

The tournament is organized with the support of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism as part of the “Activity for Everyone 2025” program.
Participants:
Up to 36 teams, no limits concerning age and composition of teams. The order of applications decides about being accepted.

Registration starts on the 25th of September.
Costs:
1000 PLN (500 PLN entry fee and 500 PLN payment for statutory purposes) - per team to be paid upon earlier confirmation of acceptance of the application, the bank account 13 1020 1156 0000 7902 0122 5424 till 11th of November. The fee includes 6 games, social meeting, fun, gifts and surprises for all participants! :)
Tournament:
Rules and accurate schedule will be posted in the second announcement. 6 sheets of ice.
Rewards:
Special prize 1000 PLN for 1st place. Trophies, medals and gifts for winners, diplomas for participants.
Accommodation:
Please note the change of location. This year, our base will be the Sport Hotel (sporthotel.pl). *** The hotel is located 2,900 meters from the ice rink. We have reserved the entire hotel for you, i.e. 91 places in single, double, and triple rooms. During your stay, you will have free access to the hotel swimming pool, sauna and bath area, banquet rooms, and billiard room. The price per night with breakfast is PLN 160 per person. All teams interested in using the recommended accommodation are kindly requested to contact us urgently. Due to the size of the hotel, we can guarantee places for the first 22-23 teams.
Social meetings:
We expect to have pleasant social meetings every evening, and the official banquet will take place in “Sport Hotel” on Friday night.Costume-dressing welcome, a thematic event, subject to be published soon.

The draw is planned on 13th November.
Info: to make it easier to attend for hard working curlers - it is allowed to start match with 3 people on Thursday.
Some on and off ice competition to be announced.
Reminder: dear curlers - don’t take too much equipment – in Belchatow there is only one locker per team!

Please note: if our national team qualifies for the European Championship final on Saturday, November 22, the tournament will be stopped and we will fly directly from the banquet to Finland to cheer on our teams.
